2010 - 2011 Immunization Requirements
Texas Minimum State Vaccine Requirements for Students for the 2010-2011 school year may be found under immunization requirements in the additional information under the Nurse’s Corner. Please contact your school nurse if you have any questions concerning your child’s immunization records. If you have received a letter about your child needing vaccines, please return the consent ASAP. If you have already taken care of their vaccine’s please send a copy of their current immunizations to the school nurse.
